A mutli-ethnic, ambiguously religious, post-academic smorgasbord of experience, Samantha Rund is a recovering over achiever, trying to make the world a better place one laugh at a time.
Fascinated by why, who, and what we are, her comedy is accessibly smart and inoffensively edgy. Often joking about race, relationships, and gender roles she likes to push the audience... just enough... so we can all get along.
Her warm accessibility, has launched many exciting hosting opportunities; working as a host on and off camera. Starting her stand up career in LA, she was a regular host at Flappers Comedy Club, and performed regularly around the LA area, emceeing for some of her favorite comedians including; Mary Kennedy, Jackie Kashian, Laurie Kilmartin.
Passionate about representation, she also hosts and produces shows to promote diversity.
